Hilton Las Vegas Pools: Which One is For You?

There are a variety of Hilton Hotel brands that operate in the Las Vegas area. While some of these resorts offer a full line of pool amenities and services, others provide guests a more modest pool experience.

Being informed of what you can expect during your Vegas poolside experience may help guide you in choosing the most appropriate resort for your needs and expectations.

Below you will find brief overviews of the numerous Hilton branded hotel pools which are available. For additional detailed information on any pool simply click the link and it will take you to a recent dedicated post I have written on that pool.

1) Resorts World: Crockfords, Hilton and Conrad Pool

Access to the Resorts World pool deck is available to all Resorts World guests regardless of whether they book with Crockfords, Hilton or the Conrad brand. The only difference is that Conrad guests are eligible to book daybeds by the Cabana Pool while all other guests must opt for the more expensive cabana rental.

There are a total of 6 pools at this resort, including the Ayu Dayclub. There is one official Family Pool and one 21 and over Adult pool area for guests to enjoy. Lifeguards are on duty.

The pools operate year-round but with reduced services and hours. Complimentary loungers are available but these tend to fill up quickly on busy weekends. A wide variety of reserved seating options are available. Only Resorts World guests are eligible to purchase reserved seating.

Poolside food and beverage are available and no outside food and drinks are permitted into the pool area.

2) Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, Curio Collection by Hilton Pool

The pools operate seasonally. Typically from mid-March through mid-September.

Pool access is complimentary for hotel guests. Non-guests can gain access by purchasing reserved seating. The 21 and over adult only Eli Beach Club is complimentary for all visitors.

There are a total of 3 pools at this resort including the Eli Beach Club. The main pool is the lower level sand entrance pool and is available to guests of all ages. The upper level pool is an adult only pool area.

Complimentary loungers are available but can fill up quickly on weekends. Daybed and cabana reservations are available.

Poolside food and beverage service is available Outside food and drinks are prohibited.

3) Waldorf Astoria Pool

The pools are open year-round but have reduced services starting around November.

Pool access is limited to hotel guests and condominium owners.

There are 3 pools at this resort. One adult only pool, one general use pool and one plunge pool which is also available to guests of all ages. There are no lifeguards on duty.

Complimentary loungers are available as are very well appointed daybeds and cabanas which are available for rent.

Poolside food and drink service is available. No outside food and drinks are permitted.

4) Tropicana Las Vegas – a DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Pool

The pool is open seasonally, typically mid-March through October.

Pool access is complimentary to all visitors Monday to Thursday. On weekends the pool is free for hotel guests while a $10.00 fee is charged for non-guests.

There is one pool at this resort and it is family friendly. The pool does have a portion which is covered from the elements. Lifeguards are on duty.

Poolside food and beverage are available. The only outside food or beverages permitted into the pool area is bottled water.

Complimentary loungers are available. A variety of reserved seating options are also available.

5) Embassy Suites by Hilton Las Vegas Near UNLV Pool

The heated outdoor pool operates year-round, weather permitting.

Pool access is restricted to current hotel guests only. Your room key is required to re-enter the hotel from the pool area.

The pool is family friendly but there is no lifeguard on duty.

Complimentary loungers are available. There is no reserved seating options available.

There is no food or beverage service available by the pool. A hotel lobby bar is located just before you enter the pool area. Food and drinks are not permitted right by the pool, but there is a comfortable outside eating area just before the pool deck.

6) Embassy Suites by Hilton Las Vegas Convention Center Pool

The indoor heated pool operates year-round.

Pool access is restricted to hotel guests only.

The pool is family friendly. There is no lifeguard on duty. There is an outdoor hot tub for guests to enjoy.

Complimentary loungers are available. There are no reserved seating options available.

Food and beverage service is not available by the pool. Outside food and beverage are not permitted in the pool area.

7) DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Las Vegas Airport Pool

8) DoubleTree by Hilton Las Vegas East Flamingo Pool

Typically the outdoor heated pool operates year-round. The pool is now closed until July 1, 2024 for renovations.

The pool is family friendly but keep in mind that there is no lifeguard on duty.

There is no poolside food or beverage service available, however, you are welcome to bring your food and drinks to the pool to enjoy.

Complimentary loungers are available. There are no daybeds or cabanas available to rent.

9) Hampton Inn & Suites Las Vegas Convention Center Pool

The outdoor heated pool is scheduled to operate year-round.

Pool access is reserved for current hotel guests only.

Complimentary loungers, including numerous lily pad loungers, are available on a first come basis.

The pool is family friendly and heated to 80 degrees Fahrenheit. There is no lifeguard on duty.

There is no food and beverage service available by the pool. You are however are permitted to bring in your own food and drinks.

10) Hampton Inn & Suites Las Vegas Airport Pool

The outdoor pool is heated to 78 degrees fahrenheit and is scheduled to operate year-round.

The pool is family friendly but keep in mind that there is no lifeguard on duty.

Complimentary loungers are available. Reserved seating is not available.

Outside food and beverages are not available for purchase by the pool. You are permitted to bring your own food and drinks to the pool area. Glass containers are not permitted in the pool area.

13) Hampton Inn Las Vegas Strip South Pool

The heated outdoor pool is scheduled to be open year-round.

The pool is family friendly but there is no lifeguard on duty. Complimentary loungers along with some very nice spa like pool towels are provided.

You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks to the pool, as there is no poolside food or drink service available.

14) Hampton Inn and Suites Las Vegas/Summerlin Pool

This outdoor pool is heated and operates year-round, weather permitting.

You must be a current hotel guest to access the pool area.

This is a family friendly pool but there is no lifeguard on duty.

There is no lifeguard on duty. This is a family friendly pool deck.

Only hotel guests have access to the pool area.

There are no daybeds or cabanas available, but there are complimentary loungers available on a first come basis.

You are more than welcome to bring your own meals and drinks down to pool. As long as they are not in glass containers. There is no food or beverage service available by the pool.

The pool is for the exclusive use of current hotel guests.

Relax by the pool in one of the complimentary loungers. There are no reserved seating options available by the pool.

There are no food or drinks served by the pool. Guests are free to bring their own meals down to the pool area. Glass containers are prohibited.

19) Hilton Garden Inn Las Vegas Strip South Pool

There are 2 outdoor heated pools at this resort. There is one general-use pool open to all registered hotel guests. The second pool is private and is reserved for those guests attending the private function which has booked the private pool area.

The pools are heated to 84 degrees Fahrenheit and there are no lifeguards on duty.

There is no food or drink service available at the general-use pool, but you able to bring your own meals and drinks down to the pool area.

There are complimentary loungers available on a first come basis and there are no reserved seating options available by the pool.
