Complimentary for hotel guests. Non-guests can gain access to the Boulevard pool deck with a reserved seating purchase. The Chelsea pool is restricted to hotel guests only.

Access is complimentary for registered hotel guests and non-guests who have purchased reserved seating. Non-guests can enjoy the Venus Pool Lounge for a fee.

Although children have access to pools at all of these resorts, none have what I would refer to as specifically family friendly features. I have seen families at all of these resorts and they all seem to enjoy these pool decks.

Conclusion
It will take some time to see how successful the new Fontainebleau Oasis Pool Deck is at capturing the interests of the existing Mid-Strip pool enthusiasts. Much is still unknown about this new player in town but their PR team is doing their best to win over guests even before the pool deck is open.
This post will be updated as new details become available and after my first visit in the Spring.
