There are three Motel 6 properties with pools to choose from in the Las Vegas area. These motels offer guests more modest pool amenities than do the larger Strip hotels pools, but choosing a Motel 6 does offer some advantages.
I know I am dating myself here, but my first Las Vegas Motel 6 pool experience was back in 1969, on a return trip from a Disneyland family vacation. This was a time before Vegas pools became a destination all on their own.
When you are a kid and its above 100 degrees out, any pool is a great pool. A vending machine was close by with chilled pops, and kids could act like kids in the water.
It was also less than a minute walk from our room to the pool. For those of you reading this who have not been to Vegas before, the walking time from your room to the pool can be upwards of 15 minutes in the mega resorts.

1) Motel 6 Las Vegas Tropicana Pool
The unheated pool is open seasonally.
You will need your room key to enter the pool area.
The pool is very family friendly, but be aware that there is no lifeguard on duty.
The pool deck is wheelchair accessible and a mobility lift is available.
Complimentary loungers are available on a first come basis. There are no reserved seating options by the pool.
There is no food or beverage service available by the pool. Outside food and drinks are permitted with the exception of glass containers.

2) Motel 6 Las Vegas – Boulder Hwy Pool
The pool is open seasonally, typically April through September. The pool is unheated so the opening and closing dates are weather dependent. Please contact the hotel directly for exact dates.
The pool is reserved for registered hotel guests only.
The pool deck is wheelchair accessible and a mobility lift is available.
This is a family friendly pool. There is no lifeguard on duty.
There are no daybeds or cabanas available on the pool deck. Complimentary loungers are available on a first come basis.
There is no food or beverage sold on the pool deck. Guests are permitted to bring their food and drinks to the pool area. Glass containers are not permitted.

3) Motel 6 Las Vegas Stadium Pool
There is one unheated pool at this motel. The pool is scheduled to reopen in May of 2024 and remain open until September 2024. Please check with the hotel directly for exacting opening and closing dates as these dates are weather dependent.
The pool is for the exclusive use of registered motel guests only.
The pool is family friendly, but there is no lifeguard on duty.
Complimentary loungers are available on a first come basis. There are no reserved seating options available at the pool.
There is no food or drinks available for purchase on the pool deck. Outside food and drinks are permitted to be brought into the pool area. Glass containers are prohibited.
