Pool Vibe

Each of the 2 pools has its own unique vibe.

Swim and Social Pool Vibe

The Swim and Social pool on the 8th floor has a definite family-friendly feel to it. There were lots of families with children playing in the pool. That being said, the pool and pool deck are large, providing enough distance from the high energy level for those wanting a more relaxing pool experience. There were quite a number of adults without children at the pool, so although the pool is family-friendly it certainly is not only a kids’ pool.

There are numerous large elevated sun shades around the pool to provide a decent amount of shady area for those wanting to escape the direct hot summer sun. The daybeds which are available to rent are primarily placed close to the pool while the cabanas are located a bit further away from the pool. There is music playing in the background at what I would consider a reasonable volume.

Wet24 Pool Vibe

The Wet24 pool certainly had a higher energy level. Not surprising since this is the Adult DayClub during the peak pool season. The bar is just a short distance from the pool and everyone seemed to be having a good time. This is a top optional pool that several women were taking advantage of.

The pool had a very friendly feel and many people were making new acquaintances quickly. The music was more than background music but the volume was not over the top. There is not a large number of complimentary loungers around the pool, so on busier days, you may want to come early or consider reserved seating.

As we are approaching the end of this pool season, reserved seating bookings are to be made once you are on site. I did not enquire about pricing while I was there during the first week of September, but I will be updating this post with 2024 pricing in the Spring.

Pool Towels

Complimentary pool towels are available.

Loungers

Complimentary loungers are available on a first-come basis at both pools. There is a more limited number of loungers on the Wet24 Pool deck.

Reserved Seating

One way to level up your pool experience is to rent a poolside daybed or cabana. Both of these options will guarantee your entrance onto the pool deck even when the capacity limit has been reached. They will also help to ensure that your group is able to find seating together.

Reserved seating at The Strat does not come with a rental fee. The price charged for reserved seating is an agreed-upon food and beverage minimum spend. Meaning you agree to spend this minimum amount on food and beverages while at the pool. If you do not reach this minimum spend then the difference will be billed as a rental fee.

Reserved seating in Las Vegas can be extremely dynamic, particularly on weekends and holidays. Always check the current pricing and availability for the date you are interested in. The pricing listed below was collected on March 18, 2024, for the midweek day of Wednesday May 15 and the weekend date of Saturday May 18, 2024. I have also listed the capacity limit for each type of reservation.
