Pool Season

Aria kicks off its 2024 pool season on Friday, March 15, 2024, with the opening of its Yucca Pool.

At the Aria Las Vegas Pool complex, at least one pool is open year-round. From the beginning of November until sometime in March, the one open pool is shared between Sky Suite and non-Sky Suite guests.

Pool Hours

As of March 15, The pools will be open from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. During peak pool season the pools are open from 9:00 am until 7:00 pm. As hours may fluctuate, please contact the hotel directly for operating hours for your particular dates.

If you are looking to enjoy an evening swim while watching an outdoor movie, then consider the Dive-In Movie experience at the Cosmopolitan. You will find information on the Dive-In Movie at https://midlifemiles.com/pools/cosmopolitan-las-vegas-pool/.

Pool Access

Pool access is complimentary for Aria hotel guests. Non-guest can gain access to the pool by paying for reserved seating. Non-guests who are 21 years of age and over are welcome to pay an admission fee to enter the Aria day club which is referred to as the Liquid Pool Lounge.

If you prefer a pool deck that restricts access to hotel guests only, then consider the MGM Grand Pool Complex. You will find my recently updated MGM Grand pool information by clicking the highlighted link.

Hotel Resort Fees

A daily resort fee of $50.00 will be charged for the use of hotel amenities, including the pool. Mgm Rewards Gold members and above will have this fee waived.

Number of Pools

There are three pools at the Aria. The Palm and Yucca pools, also referred to as the Resort Pool, which are available to all Aria guests, as well as the Sky Pool which is restricted to guests staying in Aria Sky Suites. If you are interested in a pool with even more pools to choose from, consider the seven pools at the new Fontainebleau Las Vegas.

Heated / Unheated

The Pools are heated.

Number of Jacuzzis

There are three hot tubs at this property.

Wheelchair Access

The pool deck is wheelchair accessible and a mobility lift is available.

Pool Vibe

All of the pools are on the more tranquil side and have a more sophisticated feel than the vast majority of other Las Vegas Strip hotel pools. All three Aria pools still all have a little uniqueness to their vibe though.

The Yucca Pool is the largest of the three pools and is the first one you come to once you enter the pool area. On the day I was there the Yucca opened one hour before the Palm pool. The Yucca Pool has the largest number of complimentary loungers and has more of a family feel than the Palm Pool. Reserved seating options at the Yucca Pool include cabanas, a mega cabana, daybeds, and reserved loungers.

Palm Pool

The Palm Pool is a bit smaller than the Yucca Pool, and its’ smaller pool deck gives it a bit more of an intimate feel. Just a few steps off of the pool deck you will find a nice shaded bar that will serve up all of your favourite drinks. Reserved seating at the Palm Pool includes cabanas, daybeds, and reserved loungers.

Sky Pool

The Sky Pool is for the exclusive use of those Aria guests who are fortunate enough to be staying in an Aria Sky Suite. My MGM Rewards Platinum card was sufficient enough for me to spend some time by the Sky Pool without the required suite reservation. Although all of the pools at the Aria feel quite classy, the amenities at the Sky Pool take classy and sophistication to another level.

The vibe is very tranquil and the replenishment of chilled towels and water service were just some of the great features which I experienced. Reserved seating options at the Sky Pool include cabanas, gazebos, daybeds, daybed gazebos and reserved seating.

Pool Towels

Complimentary pool towels are provided. Complimentary chilled towels are provided for Sky Pool guests.

Reserved Seating

A variety of reserved seating options are available at the Aria Las Vegas swimming pools. Reserved seating guarantees you pool entrance even on days when the maximum capacity of the pool deck has been reached. It also ensures that all of the members of your group are seated together.

As with most reserved seating prices in Las Vegas, pricing can be very dynamic, particularly on weekends and holidays. Below are some sample pricing for the various reserved seating options available. As pricing is dynamic, always check the current Aria reserved seating pricing and availability for the date that you are interested in.

The Aria refers to Yucca Pool and Palm Pool daybed and reserved seating location as being available at the “Resort Pool” and does not differentiate between these two pools by individual name.

Prices below were as of March 16, 2024 for the midweek date of Wednesday, May 15, 2024, and the weekend date of Saturday, May 18, 2024. These prices are rental fees only. Meaning that any food and beverages ordered are billed in addition to the rental fee. Each rental also comes with an allotment of pool entry passes. This number is also represented in the charts below.

Loungers

Reserved loungers are a bit more comfortable than a complimentary lounger. It is also nice to know that you have the same lounger for the day regardless of how long you are absent for.

Daybeds are an excellent way to increase your comfort level while you are by the pool. These daybeds are even larger and more comfortable than reserved loungers. They also provide you a bit more distance between you and the other pool guests.

Renting a cabana for the day will certainly give you a “home base” while you are exploring the Aria pool deck. The misting system is extremely effective and can really help you enjoy your hot Summer pool days. These cabanas are loaded with features and have your comfort in mind.
